Du kannst dein heal-Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten jederzeit direkt in der App löschen.

So löschst du dein Konto in der App

1. Öffne die heal App und melde dich an
2. Tippe oben rechts auf dein Profilbild
3. Wähle "Profileinstellungen"
4. Scrolle ganz nach unten
5. Tippe auf "Profil löschen" und bestätige

Alternativ kannst du die Löschung per E-Mail an info@heal.health anfordern. Bitte sende die Anfrage von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du registriert bist.

Welche Daten gelöscht werden

Bei der Löschung werden alle personenbezogenen Daten dauerhaft entfernt: Kontodaten und Anmeldedaten, Profilangaben, Gesundheits- und Fitnessdaten, Blutwerte und Laborbefunde, hochgeladene Dokumente, Chatverläufe mit Healy, Trainingsdaten und tägliche Check-ins.

Welche Daten aufbewahrt werden

Rechnungs- und Zahlungsbelege werden aufgrund gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten nach § 147 AO und § 257 HGB für die vorgeschriebene Dauer aufbewahrt. Diese Unterlagen enthalten keine Gesundheitsdaten.

You can delete your heal account and all associated data at any time directly in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the heal app and sign in
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner
3. Select "Profile settings"
4. Scroll to the bottom
5. Tap "Delete profile" and confirm

You can also request deletion by email at info@heal.health. Please send the request from the email address your account is registered with.

What is deleted

All personal data is permanently removed: account and sign-in data, profile details, health and fitness data, blood biomarker results and lab reports, uploaded documents, Healy chat history, workout data and daily check-ins.

What is retained

Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by German law under § 147 AO and § 257 HGB. These records contain no health data.
